Services provided
I offer design-related services, including but not limited to:
- UI/UX Design
- Visual Design
- Web Design
- Motion Design
Each project is subject to a separate contract. General terms applicable are listed below, while specifics are established by the service contracts for each particular project.
- All estimates/quotes are based on a mutual and written understanding of the project requirements and as per the given time frame. Any changes to the functionality, including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly.
- Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by Curios By Design.
- Any delays at the client’s end may delay the project and proposed timeframes and could incur additional costs.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Curious By Design.
Unauthorized use by any entity is prohibited. Any use/reuse of the website’s content requires explicit written approval from my side.
Clients receive rights to designs based on their specific contracts. Project-related copyrights will be transferred upon receipt of full payment for the project.
Payments and refunds
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and individual contracts.
Refunds are only available under specific conditions mentioned in individual contracts.
Limitation of liability
I am not liable for any indirect damages incurred by the client, including lost revenue or data. All assets created by me for the client will be stored for 30 days following the contract’s completion.
If any loss of data is attributed to me (except for major force scenarios), based on a mutual agreement, the contract will either be prolonged (without additional costs) or 100% of the contract agreed price will be provided.
The website and services are provided ‘as is’ without guarantees of specific outcomes.
Curios By Design reserves the right to refuse service to any client, if it does not align with our business operating principles and policies.
Curious By Design will not be liable for any breach of the agreement caused by a matter beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, earthquake, industrial disputes, severely adverse weather conditions, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
