    I collaborated with Alexandra on 2 projects. In both contexts, I noticed her high level of professional maturity and her ability to balance priorities effectively.

    She knows when she’s needed and when she’s not (no FOMO). Once she understood the requirements, she came up with proposals, requested feedback, and implemented it.

    In one specific context, she was available outside of business hours and she took notes throughout the entire discussion, even when it wasn’t strictly UX specific, and provided valuable input and contributions.
